Uroš Rustja is an architect and a co-founder of the Ljubljana based architectural studio void (www.vo-id.si). Since 2010 he has worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana. His research, professional and pedagogical work focuses on architecture in a distinct topographic and landscape context, on the renovation of architectural heritage, on wooden architecture, the promotion of wooden design and on architecture for disadvantaged users. He has been a visiting lecturer at TU Graz, the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade and ZHAW Winterthur (Zurich University of Applied Sciences, The School of Architecture, Design and Civil Engineering, Winterthur) in Switzerland. He has co-authored several exhibitions and publications. In collaboration with Muzeum institute for performing arts, he exhibited at the Petach Tikva Museum of Art in Tel-Aviv and at the Prague Quadrennial of Theater and Scenography 2015. As a writer he collaborates with the Slovenian architectural magazine Piranesi and the Austrian magazine Zuschnitt.
